It’s been 16 years since we’ve seen a higher number of closed transactions than in June 2021!  Unbelievable!  

There is talk that the market has started to calm down slightly as a result of people being able to take some time to travel and vacation now that many COVID restrictions have eased.  But, demand still outpaces inventory, and competition for listings amongst buyers is still strong.
